The customer wanted stairs that led to both sides of the yard. The stairs have low-voltage lights that are remote control.

This deck has a round front and round aluminum balusters. We have an excellent engineer that helped us get approval for a 4 foot cantilever. A drainage easement was a big factor on this deck's design.

This deck has 90* cascading stairs. We also built a custom gate that swings open or lifts out.
